Ribbon sandwiches
Preparation: 30 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Serves: Make 36 sandwiches for 12 people
Ingredients:
Sandwich bread
White, whole meal and gluten free loafs
Cucumber sandwiches with dill and creme fraîche
1/2 cup creme frâiche
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Dill
1 medium cucumber, sliced thinly
Leg ham, cheese and cranberry jelly sandwiches
200g of sliced leg hams
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1/2 cup of cranberry jelly
Egg mayonnaise sandwiches
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup of Japanese mayonnaise
Methods:
1. Remove crust from bread with a sharp knife and cut into shapes: triangles, squares, rectangles,
hearts and rounds with cookie cutters.
2. Assemble sandwiches and cover them with a damp paper towel until ready to serve to keep the sandwiches from drying out.
